Jess grew up outside of San Antonio. She attended college at Texas A&M University in College Station and earned her law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth. While in law school, Jess fell in love with North Texas, drawn to the area by her background with horses and involvement in the western industry. Jess has a deep appreciation for small-town life. Prior to joining Fleischmann Legal Group, she lived and practiced law in rural Texas, where she gained wide-ranging experience as a rural attorney. Throughout her career, her passion for estate planning and probate remained constant, as did her love for North Texas. These ties ultimately brought her back to the Metroplex, where she joined Fleischmann Legal Group in 2026. Jess is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered legal services. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and circumstances, offering clear guidance and practical solutions tailored to their needs. Clients value her approachable style, attention to detail, and dedication to making the estate planning and probate process as efficient and stress-free as possible. Outside of the office, Jess enjoys spending time outdoors, caring for her animals, and doting on her nieces and nephews. Based in our Mansfield office, Jess primarily practices in Tarrant, Ellis, and Johnson County and assists on cases in Dallas and Collin County but handles cases across Texas..
